  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mash up the banana in a medium size bowl.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until they are a cookie consistency.
  4. Spoon teaspoonfuls of dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-9 minutes.
